Personal Data Protection

This Privacy Statement describes the personal data that raboti.gr collects about you, how we use and protect it and the choices available to you.

1. Who we are
We are committed to providing a safe environment, enhancing patient care and delivering operational quality within time and budget constraints. In our Clinic we treat a variety of diseases and we constantly invest in modern technological equipment.

2. Personal data we collect
2.1. Name/Trade name. We collect full names (first name, family name) and trade names of customers as well as names of our customers’ contact persons when they express interest in our services, when filling in a contact form or when they participate in our contests and promotion activities.
2.2. Email address. We collect the email address of our customers and of our customers’ contact persons when they express interest in our services, when filling in a contact form, or when they participate in our contests and promotion activities.
2.3. Other contact information. We collect other contact information, such as the phone numbers of our customers or of our customers’ contact persons, in order to provide better and faster services.
2.4. We try to minimize the risk to your rights and freedoms by not collecting your sensitive personal data.

3. How we collect your personal data
We collect your personal data when you express your interest in our services, when we enter into a contractual relationship for the provision of our services, when you visit our website, or through our contact form. We do not sell your personal data to anyone and we only share it with third parties who facilitate the provision of our services to you.

4. How we use (process) your personal data
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
4.1. For the purpose of providing health care services to our services.
4.2. For marketing and/or promotion activities, such as participation in competitions, or newsletters that we periodically send to our subscribers. The list of persons to whom we send these newsletters may also include those who provide us their email addresses during our communication and who inform us that they wish to subscribe. To them. Within each newsletter e-mail, an opt-out link is provided.

5. Legal basis for processing your personal data
5.1. The processing of your personal data which is used for the provision of our services is based on entering into and performing a contract or –upon your request- on preparatory steps for entering into and performing a contract.
5.2. The processing of your personal data for marketing and/or promotion purposes is based on your consent.
5.3. In some cases the processing of your personal data is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests or for the purposes of our compliance with national and/ or European legislation.

6.How long we store your personal data
6.1. We retain your personal data for as long as our business relationship lasts. We store the personal data of our customers and consumers for at least fifteen (15) years in order to be able to fulfill our obligations of keeping accurate records for tax or other administrative authorities.
6.2. We store data of newsletter (and/or other promotion actions) subscribers until a subscriber indicates that he/she no longer wants to receive the newsletter (and/or other promotion material).

7. Steps we take to safeguard your data
When you provide to us your personal data, we take physical, technical and administrative steps to ensure that it is securely treated and protected. We update and review our security technology on an ongoing basis. We allow access to your information only to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide benefits or services to you. In addition, we train our employees about the importance of confidentiality and maintaining the privacy and security of your data. Among other things, we have implemented the following measures and procedures designed to protect your data from loss, misuse, unlawful processing or alteration:

  • encryption
  • detection and management of security breach incidents
  • use of servers with restricted access and subject to regular checks
  • use of IT systems and computer programs installed in a way that minimizes the use of personal and/or user authentication data
  • adoption of personal data retention and deletion / destruction procedures
  • access to systems and databases on a “need – to – know” basis.

 

8. When and how we share your personal data with others
Within the context of our activities we rely on third-party service providers to perform a variety of business operations on our behalf. Therefore, we may need to share your information with them. However, we only share with them only your personal data they need in order to perform the services we request and we require that they protect this information and not use it for any other purposes.The personal data we collect is stored in one or more databases hosted by third parties located within the European Union. These third parties do not use or have access to your personal data for any purpose other than storing and retrieving it on behalf of our Company.

9. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data that we process. You also have the following rights:
9.1. Right to rectification or erasure (in certain cases) of your personal data.
9.2. Right to restrict processing or object to the processing of your personal data.
9.3. Right (subject to conditions) to transfer your personal data for use elsewhere.
9.4. In the case that we process your personal data based on your consent, you also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without this withdrawal affecting the lawfulness of the processing that took place before the date that you withdrew your consent. In order to exercise your rights, please fill in the Request Form – Exercise of Data Subject Rights. Finally, you have the right to file a complaint with the competent Greek independent authority, which is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (http://www.dpa.gr/).

10. Transfer of personal data outside the EU
The personal data we collect from you is not transferred or processed outside the European Union.

11. Use of cookies
We use cookies (small text files that are stored on your device when you browse the internet) to support our website, to provide our online services and to collect information.
